Joseph "Archive" Fontaine is a private investigator for X-investigations, a firm specializing in the occult. Archive was investigating a case in New Orleans involving the Cannibal Killer, a serial killer who ate his victims, when he was drafted as a Majestic-12 friendly.

Ironically, Archive has performed the best in all Majestic-12 related tests. His quick thinking served him well in the Satan's Playroom.
